All this causes problems in the skin, hair, and body. Sometimes certain types of intoxicants or operations or over-the-counter medications can also have a bad effect on your body.

What do we do to keep our hair smooth, shiny, and healthy? Various shampoos, conditioners, serums, oils as well as many home remedies are also tried. We get good results of these tips for some time but after a while, they also stop working.

The reason for this is some of our bad habits. Yes, we only rely on these products and the advice given by the beautician for hair care and bypassing the bad habits that are present in us, which are some of the main causes of hair loss.
